Shelly O’Quinn, Spokane County Commissioner is scheduled to be at the Regular Fairfield Town Council Meeting, February 19, 2013.

Interested residents are encouraged to attend, and ask their questions. Commissioner O'Quinn has been looking at Fairfield's recycling, and the town's animal control, in addition to other concerns.
